Terms of use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of pymzo.com and the Pymzo newsletter. Operator: Pymzo. [Placeholder: the full legal entity name and address will be added here.] By using the site you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].
Informational content only
Pymzo publishes informational summaries of third-party AI tools, templates and workflows. We do not operate, sell or support those tools. Check each source's own terms, pricing, data practices and legal requirements (for example SMS consent, hiring and health-privacy rules) before using it. Nothing on Pymzo is legal, financial, tax or professional advice.
Accuracy
We verify listings against a primary source and show the date checked, but tools change. Content is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Report errors to [email protected].
Third-party links and services
Links to third-party sites, and the beehiiv and Tally forms we embed, are governed by those providers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
Sponsorships and disclosure
Editorial listings are never paid. Sponsored placements (for example a newsletter slot, a featured listing or a category sponsorship) are always labeled "Sponsored" and kept separate from editorial decisions. A sponsorship is not an endorsement. If we ever use affiliate links, we will disclose them where they appear.
Submissions
When you submit a use case or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow us to review, edit, summarize and publish it in our own words, with or without attribution. Submitting does not guarantee publication.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or forms, including sending spam, malicious code or unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
The Pymzo name, logo, design and original text belong to Pymzo. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pymzo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of third-party tools described on the site. [Placeholder: liability cap to be confirmed by the owner.]
Governing law

Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
